The world will forever bear witness to the inelasticitiy of societial change. Media dictates that the "social norm" is adaptable and grows with the times, but does it really? The only real changes are that we can fire a missle faster and more accurately. We can separate the rich and the poor more definitely yet manage to put in place "programs" where the rich can superfluously help by donating not even 1% of what they make. They can walk away, pat themselves on the back, never turn around and feel like they saved the world. Children grow up drenched in crime while their parents run wreckless in the streets dealing drugs or turning tricks. Do you these things have changed over the years? The only change are the means by which they occur.so here's the thing, if the world won't change and you're bombarded with this nonsense, what can you do. Change Yourself.
The Oracle was right, to grow beyond the barriers of this world you must know thyself.
